I have always tried to be fair and even keeled in my personal perspectives of Custer;although, admittedly, I have not always succeeded. When I look at your powerful drawings I begin to realize why.
Custer was not a Saint! He possessed the same human failings that we all share. What was he? A warrior! The kind of man all men wish they were. No super hero he was able to suppress normal fears that accompany battle and concentrate upon completing the mission.
Your dynamic drawings forcibly radiate the essence of the persona that was Custer and, in doing so, allows the viewer to feel and absorb that vibrant vitality into our own psyches. Thank you!

I could never say it like that but I know what he means. What man don't want to believe that inside he can do what he needs to do in a fight? Your pictures do help me to see what a hell of a man the man was!

I feel as Joe does! Your art is wonderful and it, somehow, shows the spirit of Custer as well as the man. Custer was adored by women because of his confidence and self assurance in a tight situation. Either you have it or you don't. In every picture of yours I can see that confidence coming out towards the viewer.
Not just Custer but the other characters as well. please never stop doing what you do and, please always remain a part of this forum. We could not do without you.

This is a bit different and ight not be everyone's cup of tea but I wanted to go ahead and post it in case anyone might like it. This is the highlight Reel for my upcoming CaptainKILL movie that I've been working on for 2 years right alongside the Custer film.... www.youtube.com/watch?v=CKHwAtzByMs

You are a very talented individual Dr. Strange!

This is the most dynamic Custer I have seen come from you pen and that's saying a lot! The heat, choking dust, smell of death, screams of dying horses and wounded soldiers are all written in the lines upon his face. Fantastic!

Both pictures are wonderful but, the second one really "rings" with the name "Custer!"
