Hello, Having read some of the comments above a few days ago, I decided to do a little research of my own through articles published in Australian Stamps Professional. In particular Volume 2, Issue No.1, The front cover is healined. In reading through it I came to the conclusion that indeed Papua New Guinea as well as many of those island nations have a lot for which to thank the United States of America.Afterall, if the US and Australia had not intervened in the Japanese takeover of the Islands in these areas World War 2 might have turned out a little different for the South Pacific in general. That includes the Japanese plans for Australia and New Zealand.Hence in my opinion I believe that a little commemoration of a symbol of the USA, ie a stamp issue, of one of the greatest symbols of Freedom worldwide, that being Abraham Lincoln, is not only appropriate but long overdue.I have voted in favour but I do not necessarily believe that an issue for Obamas birthday is at all appropriate. Afterall in my opinion time will show that Obama might have been the worst politically correct error that Americans ever made.Obama and Lincoln ? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References:- www.stampboards.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=27818&start=50Web video animation companyThanks
