Hello to all! I thought I'd kick up your lounge a little bit with a little view into what the Stranger will be thinking about tomorrow and what I've been thinking about for a couple months now.
After years of not really watching the show, Survivor Samoa came along one night and I caught my first glimpse of Russell Hantz, a cunning and courageous little man from Texas who brought a new level of sophistication to the game. By then, Samoa was already nearing the finals and there were only a few episodes left, but I was pleased to learn that Russell came back for another season: Heroes vs Villains.
Russell has again reached the final episode and has another shot at winning (he should have won last time, but the jury didn't vote him). I am rooting for him tomorrow and he has really touched me in a personal way that is not altogether easy to pinpoint.
If you have not seen him before, I will show him to you today... the Island King, Russell Hantz (accidentally "Hants")
Every thursday felt so much better with Russell Hantz nearby. I ad not watched Survivor since the first season where I rooted for Rudy Boesch. Currently I do a fantastic verbal impression of Rudy.
